Tes responsabilités ###

  • Tu évalues les demandes de garantie de paiement pour les séjours en clinique de réadaptation et en hôpital psychiatrique en te fondant sur des critères médicaux et les directives de l'assurance-maladie.
  • Tu apportes ton expertise en soins infirmiers pour traiter des problématiques complexes et contribuer à la prise de décisions éclairées et conformes aux besoins.
  • Tu conseilles les hôpitaux de soins aigus, les médecins généralistes et les assuré·es dans le choix d'établissements de réadaptation adaptés.
  • Tu es l'interlocuteur ou l'interlocutrice privilégié·e des fournisseurs et fournisseuses de prestations pour toute question relative à la coordination et à l'intégration des traitements.
  • Tu participes à des projets et à des groupes de travail et mets pleinement à profit ton expérience de terrain.

Ton profil ###

  • Tu es infirmier ou infirmière diplômé·e ES/HES ou possèdes une formation équivalente.
  • Tu justifies de plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle, idéalement dans un hôpital de soins aigus, dans les domaines de la réadaptation, de la psychiatrie ou du case ou care management.
  • Tu souhaites mettre en pratique ton savoir clinique dans un nouvel environnement de travail et évaluer les situations médicales dans leur globalité.
  • Des connaissances et une expérience dans le domaine de l'assurance-maladie sont vivement souhaitées.
  • Tu communiques de manière professionnelle, négocies avec habileté et te montres sûr·e de toi.
  • Tu possèdes de très bonnes compétences linguistiques en français et en allemand (niveau B2); la maîtrise de l'italien est un atout.
