La division Group Corporate Services offre aux clients et aux collaborateurs du groupe Pictet une gamme étendue de services; elle gère les bâtiments du siège du Groupe à Genève ainsi que ceux des filiales, succursales et bureaux de ce dernier en Suisse et à l-étranger, et en assure la sécurité physique.

Afin de renforcer l-équipe Management du département Physical Security, notre bureau de Genève recherche un/une:

Physical Security Coordinator (100%)

Votre rôle ##

Vous aurez pour mission d-assurer la gestion des accès et des incidents du Groupe en Suisse et à l-étranger. Vous contribuerez à la réalisation de contrôles des dispositifs de sécurité et suivrez les installations de contrôle d-accès. 

Responsabilités

* Gestion des accès et des incidents

Définir la stratégie des contrôles d-accès.  Gérer les droits d-accès physiques aux bâtiments et zones sensibles pour les différentes catégories de personnes. Procéder à l-enregistrement technique des nouveaux collaborateurs et consultants. Participer à la gestion des incidents techniques de sécurité (analyse, reporting, suivi des actions correctives).

* Contrôle, conformité et reporting

Réaliser des contrôles réguliers pour s-assurer du bon fonctionnement des dispositifs de contrôle d-accès. Elaborer des procédures sur diverses thématiques de sécurité physique.  Répondre aux questions de sécurité physique pour les audits internes et externes.

* Gestion et maintenance des équipements

Suivre et assurer la maintenance des installations de contrôle d-accès: disponibilité des équipements, maintenance préventive et curative. Suivre les interventions des prestataires techniques. Participer à l-analyse des besoins techniques et à la définition des solutions. Assurer, en collaboration avec la personne responsable des aspects de sécurité IT, le support technique, la maintenance et l-évolution des solutions de contrôle d-accès et de vidéo protection.

Votre profil ##

* Formation CFC dans un domaine technique ou informatique. * Expérience significative dans le suivi préventif et curatif d-installations techniques de sécurité physique, de préférence dans un environnement bancaire ou à haut niveau de sécurité. * Solides connaissances techniques au niveau des systèmes de contrôle d-accès. * Connaissances des outils de gestion des accès physiques et des technologies de sécurité, un atout. * Intérêt prononcé pour les dernières innovations en sécurité physique. * Maîtrise du pack Microsoft Office, utilisation aisée des outils de gestion administrative. * Organisation, priorisation et planification des tâches. * Suivi rigoureux des dossiers et respect des délais. * Vigilance et sens des responsabilités. * Sens du service et de l-écoute. * Proactivité et autonomie. * Capacité à travailler en équipe et sur différents sujets en parallèle. * Excellente maîtrise du français (C1 minimum), très bonne maîtrise de l-anglais  (B2 minimum). * Domicile en Suisse requis.
