Wir suchen eine/n Trainee (80 – 100%) ---------------------------------------

18 Monate. 3 Unternehmen. 1 Region, die du mitgestaltest.

Start:* Herbst 2026 \| Dauer: 18 Monate \| Einsätze: 6 Monate bei Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn \| 6 Monate bei Lonza AG \| 6 Monate bei einem weiteren Unternehmen z.B. *RWO (Regions\- und Wirtschaftszentrum Oberwallis)

Du willst nicht irgendeinen Berufseinstieg \- sondern einen, der dich weiterbringt, vernetzt und bewegt? Dann bist du hier richtig!

Dein Wirkungsfeld -----------------

  • Während 18 Monaten lernst du drei spannende Organisationen kennen \- und bringst dich in zentrale Zukunftsthemen ein
  • Du übernimmst Aufgaben und arbeitest an echten Projekten im Bereich der Unternehmensentwicklung, HR, Education \& Training, Strategie \& Digitalisierung
  • Du wirkst bei Projekten mit, gestaltest Workshops und kannst Verantwortung übernehmen
  • Du entwickelst kreative Ansätze und neue Ideen in Themen wie Innovation, Nachhaltigkeit \& Unternehmenskultur. Dein mögliches Abschlussprojekt bringt einen konkreten Impact für das Oberwallis

Das bringst du mit ------------------

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor\- oder Masterstudium in Business Administration, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung
  • Du bist begeistert von Projektarbeiten, neuen Ideen und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Du arbeitest selbständig, strukturiert und kannst andere für deine Ideen gewinnen
  • Du bist ein Organisations\- und Kommunikationstalent und hast idealerweise schon erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement gesammelt
  • Du bist flexibel und offen für Neues
