Ce que tu peux nous apporter Avec engagement, tu conseilles et accompagnes des personnes présentant des atteintes à la santé et clarifies leur droit aux prestations de rente. Tu t’orientes selon les situations de vie individuelles et les ressources des clientes et clients. Ton approche empathique crée un climat de confiance. Tu agis de ère fiable et autonome en utilisant ta marge de manœuvre au bénéfice des clientes et clients. Avec empathie et dans une attitude orientée vers les solutions, tu entretiens le dialogue avec les partenaires internes et externes et élabores ensemble des solutions efficaces. Enfin, tu veilles à ce que les droits aux rentes soient clarifiés rapidement et conformément à la loi – avec des décisions compréhensibles et transparentes. Les compétences professionnelles qui nous importent Tu es particulièrement orienté(e) vers le service et as déjà fait tes preuves dans le domaine des prestations d’une assurance sociale ou d’une assurance de personnes. Tu aimes assumer des responsabilités et rechercher le contact personnel. Ta formation de spécialiste en assurances sociales te permet d’appréhender les situations dans leur globalité et de les analyser correctement sur le plan juridique. Tu t’organises de ère autonome et efficace. Dans les échanges oraux et écrits, tu communiques de façon claire, compréhensible et transparente, ce qui inspire confiance. Par ton comportement constructif et respectueux, tu contribues à une bonne ambiance au sein de l’équipe.
