Die Abteilung Geldmarkt verantwortet das operative Cash Management der Bank, die Beschaffung von regulatorisch wertvoller Liquidität am internationalen Geldmarkt und den Ausbau des eigenen Aktiv-Geschäfts. Zudem besteht eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Treasury bei Planung, bei Fragen der Regulierung und verwandten Themen wie der SNB-Fazilitäten. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams mit Arbeitsplatz Zürich-Flughafen suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene, belastbare und leistungsbereite Persönlichkeit als Cash- und Collateral Trader (w/m/d). Neben dem Tagesgeschäft mit Festgeldern und der Disponierung der Konti liegt der Fokus der Rolle auf der Stärkung der operationellen Resilienz und dem Engagement in Projekten und Initiativen.

Was erwartet Sie? ##

  • Operationelles Liquiditätsmanagement (Loro-/Nostro-Konti) mittels unbesicherter Festgelder, Repos und FX-Swaps
  • Beschaffung von regulatorisch wertvoller Liquidität am internationalen Geldmarkt
  • Durchführung der Handelsaktivitäten mit dem primären Ziel des Erwirtschaftens von Erträgen für die Bank
  • Mitwirkung an und/oder Leitung von strategischen und operativen Projekten (z.-B. regulatorische Themen, IT-Plattform, operationelle Risiken)
  • Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit diversen Stakeholdern (Middle- und Back-Office, Risk, Accounting, etc.)

Was bringen Sie mit? ##

  • Abgeschlossene Banklehre mit nachfolgender akademischer Weiterbildung oder abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einem relevanten Fachbereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Treasury, Trading oder Sales und breites Wissen über Zahlungsverkehr, Liquiditätssteuerung und front-to-back Prozesssteuerung; ein Leistungsausweis im Projektgeschäft ist von Vorteil
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln und ein klarer Fokus auf die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden
  • Begrenzte Reisebereitschaft international und die regelmässige Teilnahme an Abendanlässen oder Konferenzen in der Schweiz
  • Fundiertes Interesse an den globalen Finanzmärkten, der schweizerischen und internationalen Geldpolitik sowie regulatorischen Themen
