Mécanicien Faiseur d'étampes* *(H/F)

Lieu de travail : Le Noirmont (JU)

Rattaché à l'Atelier Mécanique, le/la Mécanicien(ne) Faiseur d'Etampes est en charge de la fabrication, de la mise au point et de l'entretien des outils d'étampages. Il/elle intervient également en support à leur conception, en relation avec le Bureau Technique.

Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

Fabrication des étampages :

Vous serez en charge de la fabrication d'outils d'étampages à froid, de la mise au point des outillages, et de leur ajustement pour valider la conformité des pièces demandées (dimensionnels et esthétique). Vous rédigerez et partagerez la marche à suivre associée à cette fabrication.

Vous évoluerez au quotidien dans un atelier comprenant des machines-outils, des machines d'électroérosion à fil et par enfonçage, des presses, et des machines d'usinage CNC.

Vous serez en charge de la maintenance des outillages fabriqués et en support de l'atelier de production Etampage Boîtes.

Support dans la réalisation du dossier technique des étampages :

A partir des volumes du service d'industrialisation, vous réaliserez les outillages, partagerez avec l'industrialisation les évolutions et les modifications des outillages.

Participer à l'amélioration produit :

Vous serez force de proposition permanente sur l'optimisation des outillages (afin d'améliorer la durée de vie des outillages ainsi que perfectionner les process et les exigences produits).

Vous participerez à la capitalisation du savoir-faire interne en conception d'étampages ainsi qu'à la veille technologique du domaine d'activité. 

Sécurité & Environnement :

Vous respecterez les normes EHS en vigueur.

Votre profil :

Vous possédez une formation CFC Mécanicien (ou équivalent) ainsi que minimum 5 années d'expérience dans la réalisation d'outillage d'étampage. 

Vous maîtrisez la programmation de machines-outils et avez des connaissances en CAO et simulation (Coldform). 

Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques courants (Powerpoint, Excel...).

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur et vos méthodes de travail appliquées. Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et la capacité de collaborer/communiquer efficacement au sein d'un groupe.
