Die Plattform Die Swiss Fund Platform AG bringt Fondsanbieter und unabhängige Vermögensverwalter in der Schweiz zusammen – digital über die Plattform und persönlich an unseren Investor Roundtables. Unsere Partner sind namhafte Schweizer und internationale Asset Manager, unser Publikum die qualifizierte Buy-Side: EAMs, Family Offices und institutionelle Investoren.

Das Geschäftsmodell ist etabliert und trägt sich: wiederkehrende Partnerschaftsverträge, mehrmals jährlich ausgebuchte Events an bester Zürcher Lage, ein über Jahre gewachsenes Netzwerk. Die Gesellschaft gehört zur CORUM-Gruppe und wird als schlanke, unternehmerisch geführte Einheit betrieben.

Die Rolle Als CEO führen Sie die Plattform operativ und strategisch – mit kurzen Wegen, direkter Berichterstattung an den Verwaltungsrat und dem Freiraum, eigene Akzente zu setzen. Die Rolle startet als Teilzeitmandat mit 50–70%, ist aber bewusst nach oben offen: Wächst das Geschäft, wächst die Rolle mit – bis hin zu einem Vollzeitpensum. Wie schnell das geht, bestimmen Sie weitgehend selbst.

Ihre Schwerpunkte - Gesamtverantwortung für Ergebnis, Partnerportfolio und Weiterentwicklung der Plattform - Akquisition und Betreuung der Partner (Fondsanbieter, Asset Manager) inklusive Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen - Konzeption, Vermarktung und Durchführung der Investor Roundtables – von der Themensetzung über die Sponsorengewinnung bis zur Moderation vor Ort - Pflege und Ausbau des Investorennetzwerks sowie Qualitätssicherung der Teilnehmerbasis - Marketing und Kommunikation: Webseite, Newsletter, LinkedIn-Kampagnen, Eventunterlagen - Führung der internen Ressourcen (Praktikum, externe Dienstleister wie Webentwicklung und Design)

Ihr Profil Fachlich - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Fondsvertrieb, im Wholesale-/Intermediaries-Geschäft, in der Vermögensverwaltung oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion - Belastbares Netzwerk in der Schweizer Fonds- und EAM-Landschaft - Fundiertes Verständnis von Anlagelösungen über verschiedene Anlageklassen hinweg - Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch; Französisch von Vorteil

Persönlich - Unternehmerische Denkweise und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität: In einer kleinen Struktur ist die Führungsrolle untrennbar mit der operativen Umsetzung verbunden - Verkaufsstärke und Freude am Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen - Organisationstalent und Sinn für Details - Affinität zu digitalen Werkzeugen und Automatisierung (CMS, E-Mail-Marketing, CRM, KI-gestützte Prozesse)
