Sie fördern eine leistungsorientierte Unternehmenskultur und stellen ein Umfeld sicher, in dem Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende Verantwortung übernehmen und ihr Potenzial entfalten können. Gleichzeitig repräsentieren Sie CabTec gegenüber Kunden, Lieferanten, Geschäftspartnern und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen. Wir wenden uns an eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit mit technischem Studium und fundierten Kenntnissen im betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich. Sie verfügen über einen überzeugenden Leistungsausweis auf Stufe Geschäftsleitung eines produzierenden Industrieunternehmens. Internationale Wertschöpfungsketten und globale Märkte sind Ihnen bestens vertraut. Sie verstehen es, Organisationen weiterzuentwickeln, Veränderungen erfolgreich umzusetzen und Menschen für gemeinsame Ziele zu gewinnen. Neben Deutsch kommunizieren Sie verhandlungssicher in Englisch. Eine Reisebereitschaft von rund 20 % wird vorausgesetzt.
