Für unseren globalen Hauptsitz in Pfäffikon/SZ suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die den Aufbau eines standardisierten Produktprüfung innerhalb unserer Projektentwicklung vorantreibt. In dieser Rolle definierst du Teststandards und Testmethoden, führst Applikations\- und Systemtests auch selbst durch und stellst sicher, dass unsere Produkte die relevanten funktionalen, applikationsspezifischen und regulatorischen Anforderungen erfüllen. Zusätzlich arbeitest du eng mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Partnern zusammen und übernimmst Aufgaben im Bereich Produktzertifizierung. Werde Teil einer Umgebung, in der deine Ideen und dein Know\-how direkten Einfluss auf die Produkte von heute und morgen haben.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Certification \& Validation Engineer (80 \- 100 %).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer standardisierten Produktprüfung innerhalb der Projektentwicklung
  • Entwicklung von Testmethoden, Testplänen und Prüfkriterien für neue und bestehende Produkte
  • Definition, Planung und Durchführung von Applikations\-, System\- und Produkttests
  • Koordination und Begleitung von Tests und Zertifizierungen mit externen Partnern
  • Unterstützung und teilweise Übernahme von Aufgaben im Bereich Produktzertifizierung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Zertifizierung, Projektentwicklung, Engineering, Produktmanagement und weiteren Fachabteilungen
  • Analyse von Testergebnissen, Ableitung von Massnahmen und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Physik oder vergleichbar (ETH/Uni/FH)
  • Erfahrung in der Produktprüfung während der Produktentwicklung in einem industriellen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung mit regulatorischen Anforderungen und Normen, z. B. Maschinenverordnung, Niederspannungsrichtlinie, PPWR, Hygiene, IP\-Schutz sowie Klima\- und Transportprüfungen
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Prüf\- und Zertifizierungspartnern
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit Pragmatismus und Hands\-on\-Mentalität
  • Kommunikationsstarke, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
