Das Hauptziel besteht darin, einen erstklassigen Gästeservice zu bieten und für jeden Kunden einzigartige und unvergessliche Urlaubserlebnisse zu schaffen. Hauptaufgaben Unter der Leitung des Chalet-Managers: • Unterstützung des Managers bei der Bereitstellung des bestmöglichen Service für die Gäste, um sicherzustellen, dass alle ihre Bedürfnisse erfüllt werden • Gewährleistung eines erstklassigen Kundenservices und der Gästezufriedenheit in allen Bereichen, einschließlich Verpflegung, Spiele/Unterhaltung, Kinderbetreuung sowie Technik/Kommunikation • Zubereitung des Frühstücks an den freien Vormittagen des Küchenchefs • Verantwortung für Gäste, Mitarbeiter und das Chalet am freien Tag des Managers • Verantwortung für die tägliche Reinigung und Herrichtung der Wohnbereiche des Chalets • Verantwortung für die Reinigung der Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer morgens und abends mit viel Liebe zum Detail • Verantwortung für den Wäsche-Service im Chalet und für die Gäste • Unterstützung beim Servieren von Frühstück, Nachmittagstee und Abendessen • Allgemeine Instandhaltung des Chalets • Sicherstellung der Hygiene-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsstandards • Pflege der Beziehungen zu lokalen Lieferanten • Verantwortung für den Hauswirtschaftsbereich und die Wäsche • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Aufgaben in der Küche Anforderungsprofil Wir suchen Bewerber mit folgenden persönlichen Eigenschaften und Fähigkeiten: • Positive und flexible Einstellung • Hohe Professionalität mit einer 7-Sterne-Service-Mentalität • Der Wille, in jedem Aspekt der Tätigkeit nur das Beste zu leisten • Proaktives Handeln • Ausgeprägte Detailgenauigkeit • Teamfähigkeit • Bereitschaft zur Wohngemeinschaft Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen Diese Stelle eignet sich für Personen mit folgenden Fähigkeiten: • Vorherige Erfahrung im 4- oder 5-Sterne-Gastgewerbe oder im Silver Service • Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten • Ausgezeichnete Organisations- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten • Grundkenntnisse in Verwaltung und Buchhaltung sowie grundlegende Computerkenntnisse • Fließendes Englisch; Deutsch, Französisch oder Italienisch auf Konversationsniveau von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich Bewerber müssen im Besitz eines EU- oder Schweizer Reisepasses sein oder über eine Arbeitserlaubnis für die Schweiz verfügen (vorhandene B- oder C-Bewilligung)
