Nous recherchons un Chargé d'Affaires Senior capable de prendre en main le développement commercial de notre implantation genevoise et de devenir un véritable moteur de croissance pour l'entreprise. Pour découvrir nos activités et notre savoir\\-faire : \[ \](\< \>) \\CHARGÉ D'AFFAIRES SENIOR -- INDUSTRIE\\ Votre mission Votre objectif est simple : développer le chiffre d'affaires de Multitech Solutions en Suisse romande. Vous prenez en charge : \* la prospection et l'ouverture de nouveaux comptes industriels ; \* le développement d'un portefeuille clients ; \* l'identification de nouveaux projets et besoins techniques ; \* la préparation et le suivi des offres commerciales ; \* la négociation et la conclusion des affaires ; \* le développement de relations durables avec les décideurs industriels ; \* le suivi commercial des projets avec nos équipes techniques. Nos domaines d'intervention couvrent notamment : Maintenance industrielle • Automation • Robotique • Retrofit • Modifications et travaux techniques industriels Le profil recherché Ce poste s'adresse exclusivement à un profil commercial senior déjà implanté dans le monde industriel. Les critères suivants sont indispensables : \* expérience confirmée en développement commercial B2B industriel ; \* réseau professionnel actif dans l'industrie genevoise et/ou romande ; \* capacité démontrée à ouvrir de nouveaux comptes ; \* accès à des décideurs : responsables techniques, maintenance, projets, production, achats ou directions ; \* capacité à générer rapidement des opportunités commerciales concrètes ; \* excellente autonomie ; \* forte culture du résultat ; \* compréhension des environnements techniques et industriels. Nous ne recherchons pas un commercial chargé de travailler des leads entrants. Nous recherchons quelqu'un qui connaît déjà son marché, ses interlocuteurs et qui sait créer du business. Une rémunération à la hauteur des résultats Nous proposons un fixe solide associé à un système de rémunération variable particulièrement attractif. Le principe est volontairement simple : plus vous développez l'activité, plus votre rémunération augmente. Pour donner un ordre de grandeur : un Chargé d'Affaires atteignant 3 MCHF de chiffre d'affaires peut atteindre une rémunération globale d'environ CHF 350'000 par année, sous réserve du niveau de marge et des conditions définies dans le plan de rémunération. Les performances supérieures sont également récompensées. Il ne s'agit donc pas d'un poste avec un variable symbolique ou plafonné à quelques dizaines de milliers de francs. Les résultats créent directement votre niveau de rémunération. Une implantation à développer Vous serez basé dans nos bureaux de Plan\\-les\\-Ouates à Genève, disposant également d'un espace technique / mini\\-atelier. Vous bénéficierez d'une forte autonomie dans le développement de la région, avec le soutien des compétences techniques et opérationnelles de Multitech Solutions.
