Chargé d'Amélioration Qualité Produit (H/F)

Mission

Le Chargé d'Amélioration Qualité Produit a pour mission principale de piloter et d'analyser les problèmes vécus par les clients au niveau global et transverse de l'entreprise, d'effectuer des audits de processus, produits et systèmes à l'interne ou à l'externe. Sur un périmètre large, il identifie, propose et met en œuvre des actions de prévention et d'amélioration au niveau des produits et des processus qualité tout au long du cycle de vie (de sa conception jusqu'au service client). Il pilote des projets qualité transversaux (qualité produit, amélioration qualité, réclamations, \-).

En lien avec les objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise et les exigences du poinçon Patek Philippe, il définit et déploie les référentiels Qualité pour l'entreprise tout au long du cycle de vie du produit.

Responsabilités

  • Identifier, consolider et prioriser les problématiques qualité en capitalisant sur la base des réclamations client, des problèmes internes et les centres de services.
  • Piloter des projets transversaux et animer les équipes afin de répondre aux objectifs Qualité à l'échelle de l'entreprise.
  • Identifier les enjeux vécus par les clients et piloter les indicateurs Qualité Produit en place avec l'équipe pour le reporting à la direction.
  • Définir et mettre en place les actions correctives et préventives et s'assurer du suivi des plans d'actions sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie.
  • Préparer les revues Qualité et les évènements Qualité en partenariat avec les Responsables des entités concernées par la Qualité Produit.
  • Conduire les audits processus, produits, systèmes, fournisseurs (et/ou centres de services) en lien avec les projets qu'ils pilotent.
  • Construire, proposer et argumenter des indicateurs afin d'optimiser la Qualité Produit.
  • Piloter les séances transverses réunissant les acteurs internes et externes autour de la qualité du produit.

Profil recherché

  • Ingénieur HES ou technicien Es avec une orientation Qualité.
  • 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire au sein d'un Service Qualité, idéalement dans l'industrie horlogère.
  • Bonnes connaissances dans les produits horlogers.
  • Maîtrise des outils Qualité (DMAIC, 8D, QRQC, diagrammes de Pareto et de causes\-effets, PDCA, 5 Pourquoi, ...) et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Bonnes connaissances en gestion de projet transverse avec différents corps de métier.
  • Maîtrise des outils statistiques, et des outils bureautiques (MS\-Office et notamment Excel).
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.
  • Sens de l'écoute, compétences en communication transversale et conduite des réunions.
  • Esprit de synthèse et d'analyse, force de proposition, pragmatique, orienté résultats.
