Un/Une Chargé\-e de mission planification financière et risques à 60 \- 80% Au cœur de l’Ouest lausannois, la Ville de Chavannes\-près\-Renens, forte de près de 12'000 habitants, vit une période de développement et de croissance accélérée. Face à la complexification de la gestion des collectivités publiques, aux exigences accrues de transparence et à la mise en œuvre des normes MCH2, l’administration communale doit étoffer son service des finances et sa maîtrise des risques. Afin de renforcer l’équipe, la Municipalité recherche : Un/Une Chargé\-e de mission planification financière et risques à 60 \- 80% Vos missions et tâches principales : Planification financière : Elaborer, actualiser et simuler le plan financier d’investissement de fonctionnement SCI (Système de Contrôle Interne) : Déployer, faire évoluer et documenter le SCI Identifier, évaluer et tenir à jour le catalogue des risques (financiers, opérationnels, juridiques, réputationnels) Formuler les directives internes, formaliser les processus clés et veiller à la séparation des fonctions ainsi qu'à la traçabilité Accompagner les services aux exigences du SCI ainsi qu’à l’élaboration des procédures clés et assurer le suivi des recommandations d'audit Comptabilité : Participer à la tenue de la comptabilité Gérer les comptes de trésorerie, caisse, banque, poste Administration : Répondre au guichet, aux appels téléphoniques des collaborateurs et des citoyens de la commune Rédiger des correspondances Votre profil : Bachelor en économie, gestion d’entreprise, finances publiques (HES/Université), ou brevet fédéral (Spécialiste en finances et comptabilité) exigé Master en économie, gestion d’entreprise, finances publiques (HES/Université), ou diplôme fédéral (Expert en finances et comptabilité) souhaité Expérience professionnelle de 3 ans dans un poste similaire souhaité Connaissance MCH2 Maîtrise de la Suite Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Connaissance du logiciel URBANUS souhaitée Langue maternelle française Capacité de prendre des responsabilités et de réaliser son travail avec un minimum de supervision et de contrôles Stricte retenue sur des aspects confidentiels afin de respecter les personnes et les règles Tendance à faire preuve d’engagement face aux responsabilités confiées, à se préoccuper de la qualité du travail et à assumer les conséquences de ses propres actions ou décisions Savoir identifier et mettre en relation les éléments d’une situation et les regrouper, en les structurant, en un ensemble concis, cohérent et compréhensible Proposer des améliorations et trouver des solutions nouvelles ou à innover Volonté marquée d’allier ses efforts à ceux de ses collègues ou d’autres personnes travaillant à l’objectif commun Capacité de discernement dans la façon d’agir avec différentes personnes ou de traiter une situation, un problème Délai de postulation : 29 septembre 2026 Entrée en fonction : de suite ou à convenir Pour toutes informations complémentaires, vous pouvez vous adresser à Monsieur Raffaele Bizzaro, Responsable des finances au .
