Chargé de Process Performance Industrielle (H/F) Chargé de Process Performance Industrielle (H/F) ================================================= Patek SA Genève Chargé de Process Performance Industrielle (H/F) ================================================= \\Mission\\ Dans le cadre de cette fonction, rattachée à notre Division Méthodes, vous participerez à la définition, à la mise en oeuvre et à l'ancrage du système de production Patek au sein de nos différents sites. Vous piloterez également des projets stratégiques et complexes d'amélioration de la performance industrielle, en prenant en compte les contraintes de production et la \<\< manufacturabilité \>\> de nos produits et, ceci, dans le respect de nos engagements en termes d'agilité, qualité et efficacité. \\Responsabilités\\ \* Analyser les besoins du client, diagnostiquer les potentiels d'amélioration du processus de production et proposer des actions permettant de réaliser des gains potentiels de performance. \* Soutenir le déploiement des plans de progrès et leur maintien de ère durable. \* Etre le référent des outils Lean, Six Sigma et de la méthodologie DMAIC. \* Assurer la formation, l'accompagnement des collaborateurs aux outils spécifiques et le suivi des équipes dans l'accompagnement au changement. \\Profil recherché\\ \* Master en mécanique/microtechnique ou formation jugée équivalente. \* Expérience de minimum 10 ans dans une fonction d'expert du Lean Manufacturing en gestion de projet dans le domaine de la production industrielle. \* Expertise en méthodologie DMAIC, outils Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma et outils Qualité (8D, capabilité, audit, etc.). \* Maîtrise des outils de gestion, notamment SAP. \* Maîtrise de la gestion de projet et de la gestion des risques. \* Capacité d'écoute, aisance relationnelle, diplomatie. \* Capacité à animer et piloter des équipes de projet. \* Rigueur, esprit critique et de synthèse. \* Sens de la négociation et de la persuasion. \* Approche terrain, orientation client et solutions. \\Référence du poste\\ 3674 !\[PATEK SA GENEVE\]() \* 0 \* \[\]() \* \[\](\<\>) !\[PATEK SA GENEVE\]() \* 0 \* \[\]() \* \[\](\<\>) jid68c0fbejm jit0938jm jiy26jm
