Dans le cadre de notre développement et pour répondre aux défis futurs, nous recherchons un.e

Chargé de projets Industrialisation Produits (H/F) (Contrat à durée indéterminée à 100%)

Votre mission : - Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la gestion et la mise en place des processus de fabrication.

Vos principales missions seront de - Piloter des projets d’industrialisation, depuis la définition du besoin jusqu’au passage en production, en veillant au respect des délais et des exigences qualité. - Mener les analyses et développements garantissant la robustesse industrielle et la conformité aux spécifications techniques en collaboration avec les différents services. - Challenger les solutions techniques proposées par les spécialistes métier, orienter les choix techniques afin de garantir leur pertinence, leur robustesse et leur cohérence avec les exigences du produit. - Intervenir sur l’amélioration de procédés existants dans l’objectif de diminuer les rebuts et de garantir leur capabilité. - Coordonner et fédérer des équipes pluridisciplinaires impliquées dans les projets. - Organiser et animer les revues de projet avec les clients et les équipes internes. - Proposer des solutions techniques innovantes pour optimiser les processus d’industrialisation - Assurer une présence régulière sur le terrain, dans les ateliers et auprès des différents services, afin de garantir la bonne réalisation des actions et la maîtrise des projets.

3Votre profil :* - Diplôme d’Ingénieur HES ou équivalent en microtechnique ou mécanique. - Une première expérience dans les domaines de la production horlogère est un atout. - Maîtrise des méthodes et outils d’industrialisation ainsi qu’une solide connaissance en gestion de projet. - Sens aigu de la technique et goût pour la résolution de problèmes industriels. - Excellente aisance relationnelle et aptitude à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire. - Rigueur, esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, sens de l’organisation. - Proactivité, autonomie et capacité à prendre des décisions. - La connaissance des logiciels Logyplan (GPAO) et Solidworks constitue un atout. - Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office.
