Introduction ##

Pour notre division Recherche & Développement, nous recherchons un Chargé de projets R&D (H/F) dont la mission principale sera d-apporter un support R&D concernant les évolutions de process ou les écarts de performance de l-habillage de montres, décelés dans les flux de fabrication. En équipe avec nos concepteurs et ingénieurs matériaux, et en collaboration étroite avec les services Qualité et Production, vous serez chargé de conduire la démarche de fiabilité. Vous prendrez en charge la gestion des risques ainsi que l-analyse des résultats issus des tests que vous déploierez, afin de développer les meilleures solutions. Dans un esprit d-amélioration continue, vous intégrerez également des équipes d-expertise ayant pour objectif de développer les connaissances métiers et participerez ainsi à l-évolution du savoir-faire Rolex.

Responsabilités ##

  • Piloter la gestion des risques au regard du design, de l-environnement industriel et des cibles de performance à atteindre
  • Conduire, sur la base d-essais numériques, de tests expérimentaux et de plans d-expérience, une démarche visant à quantifier la robustesse de la montre sur l-ensemble de son cycle de vie
  • Mettre en œuvre des approches scientifiques, statistiques et de fiabilité pour étayer les analyses et apporter une argumentation solide
  • Être force de proposition et partie prenante dans les phases d-industrialisation afin de participer à l-analyse et au traitement des écarts de performance dans le flux de production
  • Formaliser les résultats et les communiquer au travers de rapports techniques et de présentations
  • Faire évoluer et pérenniser les connaissances métier

Profil ##

  • Diplôme d-ingénieur HES/EPF en physique, mécanique, microtechnique ou de formation jugée équivalente 
  • Aisance technique et scientifique, en particulier sur les thématiques de mécanique, de mesure et de caractérisation
  • Bonnes connaissances en résistance des matériaux, conception et analyses statistiques
  • Expérience en gestion de projets, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle
  • Capacité à formuler des hypothèses, construire des modèles et les vérifier
  • Goût pour le travail en équipe ; personne curieuse, ouverte d-esprit et aimant relever des défis
  • Personne pragmatique et volontaire, dotée du sens des responsabilités et de la capacité à être force de proposition
  • Polyvalence, autonomie et rigueur, avec un fort esprit d-analyse et de synthèse
