Vos futures responsabilités :

  • Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les commerciaux.
  • Vous définirez les compétences et aptitudes nécessaires dans le cahier des charges.
  • Vous assurerez le recrutement de candidats, les appels d'offres et le respect du budget de recrutement.
  • Vous identifierez et évaluerez les projets professionnels et conseillerez personnellement les interlocuteurs.
  • Vous participerez au processus de sélection, à l'évaluation et à l'embauche du collaborateur potentiel.
  • Vous serez l'ambassadeur de notre entreprise, de ses valeurs et de ses principes.

Votre profil :

  • Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience dans les métiers du recrutement.
  • Vous possédez une expérience dans le secteur de la construction, de l'électricité, de l'industrie ou autre métier technique.
  • Vous connaissez les spécificités du marché de l'emploi de la région.
  • Que vous soyez universitaire ou autodidacte, nous recherchons des talents passionnés.
  • Vous êtes un compétiteur et vous développez votre performance dans un esprit d'équipe.
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise du français avec une très bonne capacité rédactionnelle.
  • Vous parlez couramment une ou plusieurs langues étrangères.
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance des outils informatiques usuels.
  • Vous avez un réel savoir être (disponibilité, rigueur, relationnel).
  • Vous êtes une personne de confiance.
  • Vous possédez le sens de l'initiative et savez gérer urgences et priorités.
