Introduction ##

Pour notre division Achats, Soutien & Infrastructures, nous recherchons un Chargé de sécurité au travail (H/F) dont la mission principale sera de suivre les dossiers "ergonomie" en lien avec notre ergonome externe et le service Santé."

Responsabilités ##

  • Réaliser des observations et analyses ergonomiques de postes de travail sur les différents sites : production, assemblage, contrôle qualité, logistique, maintenance et activités administratives
  • Identifier les facteurs de risques liés aux TMS, aux postures contraignantes, à la manutention, aux contraintes visuelles et au travail de précision
  • Proposer, coordonner et suivre les mesures d'amélioration ergonomique, en tenant compte des exigences de qualité, de productivité, de sécurité et de confidentialité propres à l'environnement industriel
  • Participer à la conception ou à la transformation de postes de travail, en collaboration avec les équipes Production, Méthodes, Industrialisation, Maintenance, Qualité et Infrastructures
  • Assurer le lien opérationnel avec les experts externes en ergonomie : préparation des interventions, transmission des éléments nécessaires, coordination des visites terrains, suivi des recommandations et pilotage de leur mise en oeuvre
  • Animer des actions de sensibilisation et de formation : ergonomie au poste, prévention des TMS, etc...

Profil ##

  • Bachelor HES en ergothérapie, ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée de plus de 3 ans en ergonomie, prévention des TMS, réadaptation professionnelle dans un environnement industriel, idéalement dans les secteurs de la microtechnique, de l'horlogerie, de l'électronique, du médical ou de l'industrie de précision
  • Maîtrise des démarches d'analyse de l'activité et d'évaluation ergonomique des postes de travail
  • Connaissances en biomécanique, manutention, contraintes posturales et prévention des risques professionnels
  • Une formation complémentaire en ergonomie ou sécurité au travail représente un atout
  • Capacité à conduire des projets transverses et à mobiliser des interlocuteurs de terrain comme des fonctions support
  • Sens de l'écoute, diplomatie, rigueur, autonomie et excellente capacité de synthèse
  • Mobilité requise entre les différents sites
