Introduction ##

Pour notre département Qualité & Durabilité, nous recherchons un Chargé de sécurité (H/F) dont la mission principale sera de contribuer activement à la prévention des risques professionnels et à la protection de la santé des collaborateurs/trices, en assurant la gestion, la planification et le suivi des mesures d'hygiène du travail (qualité de l'air, expositions chimiques, bruit, rayonnements, etc.) au sein de nos ateliers et postes de travail. 

Responsabilités ##

  • Planifier, organiser et réaliser ou faire réaliser des mesures en atelier et aux postes de travail (poussières, COV, bruit, lumière, rayonnements optiques/ionisants, métaux lourds et autres expositions)
  • Analyser les résultats de mesures et rédiger/évaluer les rapports associés
  • En collaboration avec le service Gestion de la Santé en Entreprise, proposer des recommandations et suivre les actions correctives et préventives
  • Assurer le suivi des sondes de gaz et contribuer au support en chimie (produits, ventilation, stockage, substitution, bonnes pratiques)
  • Collaborer à l'identification, l'évaluation et la maîtrise des risques liés aux procédés, substances, installations et postes de travail
  • Participer au contrôle des plans et des projets d'installations, ainsi qu'au suivi de la radioprotection, du laser, des rayonnements, des poussières et des COV
  • Préparer et animer des actions de sensibilisation et de formation interne
  • Contribuer au maintien et à l'amélioration du système de management intégré (SMI) : procédures, analyses de risques, indicateurs, plans d'action, audits
  • Encadrer ponctuellement des aides temporaires
  • Gérer la documentation, les équipements de mesure, les données et le reporting
  • Assurer une présence régulière sur le terrain

Profil ##

  • Diplôme d-hygiéniste du travail ou formation équivalente dans le domaine de l-hygiène industrielle ou de la sécurité/santé au travail (expert ou spécialiste STPS)
  • Formation d-ingénieur/e ou formation supérieure scientifique/technique, idéalement en chimie, biologie, génie des procédés, ou domaine apparenté
  • Plus de 5 ans d-expérience dans le domaine de la santé/sécurité au travail en milieu industriel, grande et moyenne entreprise et dans un environnement ISO
  • Capacité à identifier, évaluer et prioriser les risques liés aux activités industrielles, en particulier dans les domaines chimiques et physiques
  • Connaissances en chimie, toxicologie de base, ventilation, exposition professionnelle et interprétation de valeurs limites d-exposition
  • Aptitude à utiliser ou à apprendre à utiliser des appareils de mesure et outils de métrologie liés à l-hygiène du travail
  • Compétences à gérer des thématiques transverses et collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés : médecin du travail, production, prestataires externes, etc.
  • Capacité à analyser des résultats, rédiger des rapports clairs et proposer des mesures de prévention adaptées et pragmatiques
  • Maîtrise du français indispensable ; des connaissances en anglais et/ou en allemand constituent un avantage
