CONTEXTE : La structure SAFTCO au sein de l’institution EPFL (bureau OCP installé sur le parc de l’innovation de l’EPFL) pilote le scouting d’opportunités et de partenaires en Suisse et en Europe dans le cadre des initiatives de recherche et d'innovation du groupe OCP / UM6P. La personne recrutée appuiera trois chantiers prioritaires : l’aide au développement des startups de l'écosystème OCP (OCP, InnovX, ITX, UM6P), une étude appliquée sur les nanotechnologies et les engrais pour OCP NutriCrops, et la mise en place d’un système informationnel IA capitalisant sur les connaissances collectives pour diffuser la veille technologique auprès des équipes au Maroc.

AXE 1 — Appui au développement des startups Finalité : aider les startups de l'écosystème OCP dans leur développement commercial et technologique en Suisse et en Europe Clients / interlocuteurs : UM6P Ventures, Stratégie, Forge, StartX. Tâches : ● Mise en place de partenariats (institutions, laboratoires, industriels) pour aider à la maturation des produits ● Études de marché et de positionnement en Europe ● Due diligence ciblée (scientifique, propriété intellectuelle, business) ● Appui à l'accès au marché : interviews de clients et distributeurs potentiels en Suisse (multinationales, PME, autres startups) correspondant à leur domaine d’activité ● Appui à la recherche de financements (grants, mise en relation avec des investisseurs)

AXE 2 — Analyse nanotechnologies & engrais (OCP NutriCrops) Finalité : soutenir OCP NutriCrops dans son analyse technologique et marketing du marché des engrais , notamment les engrais biologiques, à composants actifs ou nano. Client : OCP NutriCrops Tâches : ● Étude appliquée du marché et des technologies pour la fertilisation ● Conduite d'interviews d'acteurs (laboratoires EPFL, salon ILMAC – Beaulieu, écosystème chimique lémanique, industrie phramaceutique de Bale) ● Robustification de la classification des engrais (cadre MECE) à partir des interviews ● Définition des pistes d’innovations prometteuses (technologie) et identification des acteurs (startups, laboratoires etc.) ● Restitution structurée

AXE 3 — Système informationnel IA et veille technologique (OCP Maroc) Finalité : mettre en place un système informationnel IA capitalisant sur les connaissances collectives du bureau et de son réseau, afin de maximiser l’utilisation des données de veille technologique et de maximiser la diffusion de ces informations auprès des équipes au Maroc. Clients / interlocuteurs : équipes OCP et UM6P au Maroc (CSIO, business units, R&D), bureau OCP@EPFL. Tâches : ● Cartographie des sources et flux de veille existants (rapports de scouting, interviews, événements, fiches startups et partenaires) et des besoins d’information des équipes au Maroc ● Conception et déploiement d’une base de connaissances IA (LLM, recherche sémantique) structurant et capitalisant les connaissances collectives produites par le bureau ● Automatisation de la collecte, de l’étiquetage et de la synthèse des données de veille pour en maximiser la réutilisation ● Organisation d’une diffusion ciblée auprès des équipes au Maroc (synthèses thématiques, newsletters, assistant IA de questions-réponses) et mesure de l’appropriation ● Gouvernance de l’information : confidentialité, qualité des sources, mises à jour régulières et retours des utilisateurs Contribution transverse ● Reporting régulier sur les activités du bureau. ● Participation à l'animation de la plateforme (événements, échanges, rencontres)

PROFIL RECHERCHE ● Formation ingénierie chimique / sciences (niveau Master) ● Appétence pour l'innovation et le développement business, au-delà de la R&D pure ● Rigueur analytique et capacité de structuration (segmentation MECE) ● Aisance relationnelle et goût du networking ● Langues : français et anglais courants (arabe, espagnol un atout) ● Outils : suite Office ; notions d'IA / LLM appréciées

MODALITES Type de contrat : contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI), base 100%. Début : date de démarrage à convenir suite à l’obtention des permis de travail et de résidence en Suisse Rémunération : 100K brut
