A propos du rôle

En pleine transition numérique, notre client modernise l'ensemble de ses outils et adapte ses méthodes de travail internes. Au sein de l'équipe Qualité, Processus \& Projets, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans cette transformation.

Votre mission consistera à collecter les données du terrain, analyser les processus actuels et les faire évoluer pour répondre aux besoins métiers et à la transition numérique. Vous serez amené(e) à concevoir et formaliser de nouveaux processus optimisés, tout en créant la passerelle entre les équipes opérationnelles pour automatiser le suivi des activités.

Tâches -------

Ce poste combine l'analyse de données de ponctualité et la modélisation de processus pour optimiser l'efficacité du département le plus important de l'entreprise.

  • Récolter, trier et nettoyer les données brutes issues des différents services métiers
  • Concevoir et mettre à jour des tableaux de bord (dashboards) interactifs et faciles à lire pour mettre en évidence les tendances et écarts
  • Échanger avec les équipes sur le terrain pour identifier et comprendre les procédures de travail existantes
  • Formuler, challenger et synthétiser les processus opérationnels en rédigeant des documentations claires avec une mise en page soignée
  • Créer et maintenir à jour des calendriers de suivi de projet pour garantir une vision d'ensemble des échéances.
  • Apporter un soutien opérationnel quotidien à l'équipe sur les projet liés à l'optimisation des procédures internes

Nous cherchons

* Étudiant(e) en cours de cursus ou jeune diplômé(e) (HEC, HEG, EHL, HES, etc.) en gestion, management, ou commerce.

* Excellente maîtrise du français, l'allemand est un atout.

* Bonne maîtrise des outils Excel et Word pour la structuration de données et de rapports

* Connaissances de PowerBi, un atout

* Esprit d'analyse, de synthèse et rigueur méthodologique
