Rejoignez notre équipe pour un CDD de 9 mois en tant que Chargé(e) de l'Administration des Ventes et contribuez à la qualité de service apportée à nos clients dans un environnement industriel international.

Au sein d'une Business Unit, vous êtes l'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) de nos clients pour l'ensemble des activités opérationnelles liées aux ventes de produits en série.

Véritable interface entre les clients, la logistique, la production et les équipes internes, vous contribuez à garantir un haut niveau de service client tout en assurant le bon déroulement du processus de vente, de la prévision jusqu'à la livraison.

Votre mission ###

  • Assurer le suivi des prévisions de ventes, des commandes et des programmes de livraison clients.
  • Veiller à la satisfaction des besoins et des attentes des clients.
  • Gérer les données commerciales dans l'ERP (prévisions, budgets, quantités, données clients, etc.).
  • Assurer l'administration et le suivi des portails clients B2B.
  • Assurer l'interface entre les clients, la logistique et la production.
  • Établir et suivre les plans directeurs de production en coordination avec les équipes de production.
  • Vérifier le bon déroulement des livraisons et le respect des engagements pris auprès des clients.
  • Assurer le suivi des paiements clients et le traitement des retards.
  • Élaborer, analyser et faire évoluer les tableaux de bord de suivi des principaux indicateurs de performance (KPI) afin de soutenir le pilotage de l'activité.

Vos compétences ###

 

  • Aisance dans l'utilisation d'un ERP (SAP) et des outils bureautiques usuels.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais à l'oral comme à l'écrit ; toute autre langue constitue un atout.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et fort sens du service client.
  • Organisation, rigueur
  • Esprit d'équipe, autonomie et orientation solutions.

 

Votre parcours ###

  • Formation commerciale, administrative ou technique, avec une première expérience dans l'administration des ventes.
  • Expérience dans le service client, idéalement dans un environnement industriel.
