Depuis 1958, la Fondation Bogueret, créée par le Centre social protestant (CSP), entretient, conçoit et développe des logements pour les personnes et familles à revenus modestes, les jeunes en formation et les seniors. Propriétaire d'une dizaine d'immeubles à Genève, elle poursuit son développement porté par une conviction forte : le logement social n'exclut ni la qualité architecturale ni le soin apporté aux finitions. À travers ses immeubles, elle cultive une véritable mixité sociale et intergénérationnelle. Pour renforcer son équipe et seconder sa Secrétaire générale, elle nous a mandatés pour la recherche de son ou sa futur·e

Vos responsabilités

Rattaché·e à la Secrétaire générale, vous suivez l'entretien du parc immobilier en lien avec les régies partenaires et mettez en place les outils de suivi. Vous pilotez les projets d'entretien en cours, de l'adjudication à la réalisation, identifiez et planifiez les travaux de rénovation en site occupé, et validez les paiements en vérifiant que les prestations facturées correspondent aux travaux réellement effectués. Vous savez challenger les régies et les entreprises sur leurs propositions, qu'il s'agisse de préférer un matériau plus durable, de questionner le planning ou de renouveler un prestataire. Sur les nouveaux projets (surélévations, rénovations énergétiques, nouvelles acquisitions, réponses aux appels à projets), vous pilotez en étroite collaboration avec les mandataires, préparez et conduisez les séances préparatoires, d'adjudication et de suivi de chantier, interrogez les choix architecturaux et assurez la gestion financière des projets, en binôme avec la Secrétaire générale.

Votre profil

De formation universitaire et/ou dans le domaine de l'architecture ou de l'immobilier (IEI, brevet fédéral ou équivalent), vous avez une expérience confirmée dans le pilotage de projets immobiliers et la supervision de travaux, acquise idéalement au sein d'une structure de taille modeste (fonds de pension, coopérative, régie ou PME immobilière) sur Genève. Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en gestion financière de projets et savez élaborer et suivre un budget ou un plan financier. Vous savez vous imposer face aux mandataires, tout en restant à l'écoute et bon·ne communicant·e. Organisé·e, flexible et polyvalent·e, vous vous investissez volontiers au\-delà de votre périmètre : la Fondation fonctionne avec une équipe de trois personnes, où chacune peut être amenée à remplacer l'autre. Expert.e du territoire genevois et au bénéfice d'un solide réseau, vous partagez la conviction que la qualité d'un logement ne dépend pas du revenu de celles et ceux qui l'habitent.
