The posting

Afin de renforcer notre secteur Sécurité, la RTS met au concours un·e Chargé·e de sécurité spécialisé·e en protection incendie, disposant idéalement de compétences complémentaires en MSST/STPS, sûreté et/ou sécurité événementielle.

Votre mission ####

Rattaché·e au Responsable Sécurité Région Ouest, vous contribuez activement à la prévention des risques ainsi qu'à la protection des personnes et des infrastructures sur les différents sites et productions de la Région Ouest SRG SSR. La Région Ouest étant également Champion Safety au niveau national, vous contribuez au développement et au partage des bonnes pratiques dans les domaines de la protection incendie et de la sécurité au travail. Principales responsabilités:

  • Assurer le suivi de la protection incendie et veiller au respect des prescriptions AEAI.
  • Suivre les installations et équipements de sécurité incendie et identifier les éventuelles non-conformités.
  • Élaborer et maintenir les consignes, procédures et plans d'intervention.
  • Organiser les exercices d'évacuation et de première intervention et assurer le suivi des dispositifs feu, secours et évacuation.
  • Participer aux analyses de risques et à la mise en place des dispositifs de sécurité pour les productions et événements, avec ou sans public.
  • Participer, dans votre domaine, aux projets d'aménagement, de transformation ou de construction.
  • Participer à la gestion des incidents, aux RETEX et au suivi des mesures correctives.
  • Conseiller et accompagner les métiers et partenaires dans la recherche de solutions adaptées aux réalités du terrain.
  • Contribuer aux activités MSST/STPS et Safety de la Région Ouest et, selon votre profil, à certaines activités de sûreté.
  • Contribuer au partage des standards et bonnes pratiques Safety avec les autres régions SRG SSR.

Votre profil ####

  • Brevet fédéral de Chargé·e de sécurité requis, en cours d'obtention ou formation équivalente.
  • Formation en protection incendie, bonnes connaissances des prescriptions AEAI et expérience dans la prévention ou la gestion des risques.
  • Une expérience complémentaire dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants est particulièrement appréciée : MSST/STPS, services du feu, sûreté, environnement technique, sécurité événementielle ou organisation et gestion d'événements.
  • Personne de terrain, pragmatique, polyvalente et orientée solutions, capable de concilier sécurité, conformité et besoins opérationnels.
  • Bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, avec une aptitude à prendre de la hauteur, structurer les enjeux et élaborer des concepts, standards et recommandations dans les domaines Safety relevant de son expertise.
