Introduction ##

Pour notre secteur Support Industrialisation & Production, nous recherchons un Chargé sécurité et environnement (H/F) dont la mission principale sera d'identifier, analyser et réduire constamment les risques inhérents aux postes de travail, incluant la réalisation et la mise à jour des cartographies de danger et des analyses de risques.

Responsabilités ##

  • Développer, implémenter et maintenir une culture de sécurité par des actions ponctuelles et des campagnes de prévention
  • Planifier, exécuter, contrôler et améliorer de manière continue les démarches de sécurité au travail
  • Assurer la conformité aux exigences légales locales et fédérales en matière de sécurité au travail
  • Former et sensibiliser les collaborateurs aux protocoles de sécurité, notamment lors de l'intégration des nouveaux arrivants
  • Traiter et analyser les accidents et les incidents selon la méthode 8D et assurer le suivi des plans d'actions correctives
  • Participer aux audits internes SST et définir, partager et piloter les plans d'actions qui en découlent
  • Collaborer activement avec les équipes Santé au travail et contribuer à la démarche de Système de Management Intégré (SMI)
  • Définir, réaliser et maintenir la documentation
  • Former et communiquer sur toutes les informations relatives à la SST
  • Etablir un diagnostic des dangers par zone et contribuer à la mise en œuvre des mesures
  • Faire participer les collaborateurs à l-identification des dangers au poste et la prise de mesures
  • Garantir la mise à disposition des standards pertinents
  • Monitorer les événements relatifs à la santé et sécurité au travail
  • Suivre les plans d-action d-audit et participer aux audits, investigations et exercices avec S&E

Profil ##

  • Ingénieur sécurité/chargé de sécurité ou expert/spécialiste STPS ou intérêt de se former
  • Formation initiale technique ou scientifique, idéalement chimie, physique  
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la sécurité au travail en milieu industriel, grande et moyenne entreprise
  • Maîtrise des environnements ISO (9001, 45001) et de la gestion de projets
  • Connaissances techniques et scientifiques de base (chimie, physique, électricité, mécanique, ...)
  • Bonne pratique des outils bureautiques usuels, des logiciels de gestion de projet ; ERP, Sharepoint un atout
  • Aisance dans l'animation de formations et pour la prise de parole en public
  • Compétences rédactionnelles et esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
  • Dynamique, force de propositions, organisé, autonome, rigoureux et pragmatique
  • Diplomatie, sens de la persuasion et sens de la négociation
  • Bonnes capacités d'écoute, aisance relationnelle avec différents interlocuteurs et niveaux hiérarchiques et aptitude à s'intégrer dans une équipe soudée
