Au sein du Département Assurances de personnes, et afin de renforcer le service Perte de gain maladie (PGM), nous recherchons un/e Chef de groupe Perte de gain maladie entre 80 et 100%, basé à Lausanne. Le rôle comporte d'une part la conduite d'une équipe de gestionnaires spécialisés et d'autre part de la gestion de dossiers de sinistres. Les missions qui vous attendent : Apporter votre soutien et vos conseils techniques à vos collaborateurs dans les dossiers Organiser et coordonner le travail de votre groupe : tenue de séances d'équipe, bilatérales, organisation des plans de remplacements, etc. Participer activement aux séances hebdomadaires des cadres du service et collaborer étroitement avec la cheffe de service ainsi que les autres chefs de groupe Former vos collaborateurs (10 personnes) et veiller à la bonne application des règles de gestion Planifier, organiser et contrôler le traitement des cas de prestations de votre équipe et participer activement à l'amélioration et à la simplification des processus de traitement Traiter de manière autonome et proactive une partie des cas de sinistres de votre propre portefeuille de client (à partir de l'ouverture et en étroite collaboration avec les médecins\-conseils et nos Care Managers) Entretenir des contacts réguliers avec les partenaires, les assurés, les employeurs et les prestataires de soins Votre profil : Brevet fédéral en assurances ou titre jugé équivalent Expérience confirmée dans le domaine des prestations PGM Leader expérimenté(e), reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à mobiliser les équipes, à instaurer une atmosphère de travail positive et à favoriser le développement des collaborateurs, tout en prenant des décisions efficaces dans des environnements exigeants De langue maternelle française, une très bonne maîtrise de l'italien constitue un atout A l'aise avec les outils informatiques usuels (MS Office) Si vous êtes également un leader investi, organisé, force de proposition et faites preuve d'une forte orientation client et disposez d'un caractère positif, vous êtes alors probablement la personne que nous recherchons !
