Vous êtes un professionnel de la menuiserie avec une solide expérience terrain et des compétences en management ? Vous souhaitez prendre les rênes d'un atelier performant au sein d'une entreprise reconnue de la région ? Cette opportunité est faite pour vous !

Chef d'atelier menuiserie 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Organiser et piloter l'activité quotidienne de l'atelier
  • Planifier la production et garantir le respect des délais
  • Superviser l'entretien des machines et l'organisation générale de l'atelier
  • Encadrer, accompagner et développer une équipe de menuisiers qualifiés
  • Veiller à la qualité des réalisations ainsi qu'au respect des normes de sécurité
  • Collaborer avec les chargés de projets et le bureau technique pour assurer la bonne exécution des mandats

Profil

  • CFC de menuisier ou formation équivalente
  • Expérience confirmée dans la menuiserie, idéalement avec une première expérience d'encadrement
  • Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et sens des responsabilités
  • Leadership naturel et aptitude à fédérer une équipe
  • Bon relationnel et orientation client
