Chef d'atelier menuiserie 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Gérer et superviser les opérations quotidiennes de l'atelier de menuiserie, y compris la planification de la production, l'allocation des ressources et le suivi des délais
  • Encadrer et motiver une équipe de menuisiers qualifiés, en veillant à ce que les normes de qualité et de sécurité soient respectées
  • Collaborer étroitement avec le département de conception pour interpréter les plans et les spécifications des projets
  • Assurer la maintenance préventive des équipements et veiller à ce que l'atelier soit propre, organisé et sûr

Profil

  • Titulaire d'un CFC de menuisier ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Expérience confirmée de plusieurs années en tant que menuisier ou dans un rôle de supervision dans l'industrie de la menuiserie
  • Solides compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe, avec la capacité de motiver et d'inspirer les autres
  • Connaissance des matériaux et des méthodes de fabrication utilisés dans la menuiserie sur mesure
  • Aisance relationnelle et sachant communiquer efficacement auprès des clients
