Dans le cadre du remplacement d'un poste, nous recherchons notre futur\\-e \\Chef d'équipe bâtiment ou génie civil / Contremaître en bâtiment (F/H/D)\\ \\Taux d'activité de 100%\\ \\Vos missions\\ En tant que Chef d'équipe, vous assurez l'organisation et le bon déroulement des chantiers qui vous sont confiés. Vous encadrez vos équipes, veillez au respect des plannings, des exigences de qualité et des règles de sécurité, tout en assurant le suivi administratif et technique des travaux. \\Vos tâches principales :\\ \* Gestion d'une équipe de 4 à 12 personnes \* Organisation des travaux et respect des plannings \* Suivi administratif des rapports de chantiers et du contrôle des heures \* Réalisation des métrés et commandes des matériaux \* Lecture de plans et réalisation des implantations \* Suivi de la qualité des travaux et respect des règles de sécurité \\Votre profil :\\ \* Titulaire du CFC dans le domaine du bâtiment et/ou génie civil \* Certificat de chef d'équipe, contremaître ou titre équivalent \* Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire \* Excellentes capacités d'écoute et de communication avec différents interlocuteurs (équipes, fournisseurs, etc.) \* Rigueur et sens des responsabilité, notamment en matière de sécurité \* Sens aigu de l'organisation, autonomie et polyvalence \* Bonne capacité à gérer le stress et les priorités \* Permis de conduire de catégorie B valable \* Excellente maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit \\Ce que nous offrons :\\ \* Un poste passionnant, varié et autonome \* Un cadre de travail agréable, dynamique et diversifié \* Une rémunération attractive, en adéquation avec vos compétences et votre expérience \* Des possibilités d'évolution selon vos aptitudes et aspirations \* Les vendredis après\\-midi de congé Rejoignez une entreprise familiale et ambitieuse, en constant développement.
