Dans la construction ferroviaire des BVB, Benjamin et son équipe veillent jour et nuit à ce que notre infrastructure reste en mouvement. En tant que chef d'équipe construction ferroviaire, tu assumes la responsabilité sur le chantier, diriges ton équipe avec clairvoyance et t-assures que les travaux de pose de voies sont réalisés en toute sécurité, dans les délais et avec une grande qualité. ###

Ce qui t-attend

  • Tu diriges ton équipe sur le chantier et coordonnes les collaborateurs, les machines, les matériaux ainsi que les sous-traitants
  • Tu planifies et organises les travaux de pose de voies, d-entretien et de réparation dans le réseau de tram des BVB
  • Tu veilles au respect des consignes de sécurité, de qualité et des délais tout en agissant de manière économique
  • Tu coordonnes les travaux avec le centre de contrôle, la direction des travaux et d-autres partenaires internes et externes
  • Tu documentes l-avancement des travaux, rédiges des rapports et assures la correcte saisie des prestations et la facturation des commandes

Ce que tu apportes

  • Apprentissage achevé dans le secteur principal du bâtiment, de préférence en génie civil, complété par une formation de chef d-équipe ou de contremaître
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans la pose de voies, le génie civil ou la construction ferroviaire ainsi qu-une expérience dans la direction de collaborateurs
  • Connaissances approfondies en organisation de chantier, sécurité au travail, assurance qualité et déroulement des travaux
  • Grande résistance au stress, capacité de persuasion ainsi qu-une manière de travailler structurée et orientée solutions
  • Disponibilité pour des interventions de nuit, le week-end et en astreinte ainsi que plaisir à travailler dans un environnement ferroviaire dynamique
