Chef d'équipe Maçon Coffreur Bancheur Description de l'entreprise Flexsis Genève bàtiement, dans le cadre de plusieurs projets de travaux d'art (ponts, ouvrages en béton armé, murs de soutènement et infrastructures), nous recherchons un Chef d'équipe Maçon Coffreur Bancheur (H/F) expérimenté. Description du poste Encadrer, organiser et coordonner une équipe de maçons coffreurs bancheurs. Planifier les travaux en collaboration avec le conducteur de travaux. Réaliser et superviser les travaux de coffrage traditionnel et métallique, de banche, de ferraillage et de bétonnage. Garantir la qualité d'exécution des ouvrages en béton armé conformément aux plans. Veiller au respect des délais, des normes de sécurité et des exigences qualité. Gérer les besoins en matériel et assurer le suivi quotidien de l'avancement des travaux. Profil recherché Expérience confirmée en tant que Chef d'équipe Maçon Coffreur Bancheur, idéalement sur des projets de travaux d'art. Excellente maîtrise du coffrage traditionnel, des banches, du ferraillage et du béton armé. Lecture de plans et bonne connaissance des techniques de construction en génie civil. Autonome, rigoureux et doté d'un excellent sens des responsabilités. Leadership reconnu, avec une réelle capacité à gérer, motiver et faire progresser une équipe.
