Chef d’équipe maçon – Gros œuvre / Béton armé Introduction Vous êtes passionné(e) par le domaine de la construction et souhaitez relever de nouveaux défis dans une entreprise dynamique et en pleine croissance ? HDM Construction Sàrl, spécialisée dans le gros œuvre et le béton armé, recherche un(e) Chef d’équipe maçon pour renforcer son équipe sur des projets variés en Suisse. Responsabilités En tant que Chef d’équipe maçon, vos principales missions incluront : Encadrer et coordonner une équipe de maçons sur les chantiers. Organiser et planifier les travaux en respectant les délais impartis. Assurer la qualité des réalisations conformément aux plans et aux normes en vigueur. Veiller à la sécurité sur le chantier et au respect des consignes. Collaborer avec les autres corps de métier et les responsables de chantier. Participer activement aux travaux de maçonnerie (coffrage, ferraillage, bétonnage, etc.). Qualifications Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez posséder : Une formation reconnue dans le domaine de la maçonnerie ou du gros œuvre. Une expérience confirmée en tant que Chef d’équipe ou dans un poste similaire. Une excellente maîtrise des techniques de construction en béton armé. Des compétences en lecture de plans et en organisation de chantier. Un esprit d’équipe et des qualités de leadership. Une bonne condition physique et une capacité à travailler en extérieur.
