Chef d'équipe maintenance région fribourgeoise (h/f/d) 80-100% #

  • Conduire avec enthousiasme et proximité ton équipe de techniciens de service (maintenance et dépannage)
  • Garantir la qualité du service et des prestations contractuelles sur le terrain
  • Collaborer avec le service des réparations pour identifier les besoins et les travaux à entreprendre
  • Exécution de tâches de maintenance productives (maintenance, dépannage et petites réparations)
  • Gestion et suivi des indicateurs clés
  • Planning de l'équipe (service de piquet et back-up)
  • Formation technique ou électrique terminée, par exemple en tant que mécanicien(ne), mécatronicien(ne) ou électricien(ne)
  • Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine du service ou des réparations
  • Idéalement connaissance du domaine des ascenseurs
  • Expérience de conduite confirmée
  • Bonne connaissance de la langue locale, d'autres langues sont un atout
  • Dynamique, efficace et orienté solution
