Chef d'équipe monteur 80-100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Effectuer la pose de portes, fenêtres et vitrages sur chantier
  • Garantir une exécution conforme aux plans et exigences techniques
  • Organiser et coordonner les travaux de montage
  • Encadrer et accompagner une équipe de monteurs
  • Assurer le lien technique avec le bureau d'études
  • Planifier les interventions et le matériel nécessaire
  • Veiller au respect des délais et des normes de sécurité
  • Garantir la qualité des réalisations auprès des clients

Profil

  • CFC de constructeur métallique, de menuisier ou équivalent
  • Justifier d'une solide expérience dans le montage et dans la gestion d'équipe
  • Lire et interpréter aisément les plans techniques
  • Collaborer efficacement avec les différents intervenants
  • Travailler de manière autonome et organisée
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français, une autre langue représente un atout
