Chef d'équipe Pâtisserie (f/h/d)

Ce que tu accomplis ###

  • Management et encadrement d'une équipe d'environ 15 collaborateurs
  • Contrôle des processus de production afin de garantir les quantités demandées, dans le délai imparti et la qualité désirée, avec mise en place de mesures correctives en cas de déviations
  • Pilotage des indicateurs de performance et accompagnement de l'équipe vers les résultats fixés
  • Promotion de l'amélioration continue sur la ligne de production
  • Respect des prescriptions légales, des obligations et des règlements internes en termes de labels, de sécurité au travail, de protection de la santé, de développement durable et de sécurité alimentaire

Ce que tu apportes ###

  • Bildung: Apprentissage professionnel achevé (CFC)
  • Spécialisation: dans le domaine alimentaire; complété idéalement par une formation supérieure
  • Expérience professionnelle: Une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans dans le domaine industriel ou alimentaire, associée à une première expérience réussie en management de personnes
  • Excellentes compétences en termes de communication, recherche de solutions et esprit d'équipe
  • De l'aisance avec MS Office et des connaissances SAP
  • De la souplesse dans les horaires de travail
  • Français (B1)
  • Allemand (ADVANTAGEOUS)
