Chef d-équipe pour les pièces de rechange

Voici tes tâches:

  • Encadrement des collaborateurs du magasin
  • Développement et optimisation des processus et de l-organisation du magasin
  • Garantie du bon déroulement du processus de commande et de livraison pour les clients internes et externes
  • Atteinte d-une disponibilité optimale des pièces de rechange
  • Vente de pièces de rechange et participation aux activités commerciales
  • Développement du réseau de clients existant et acquisition de nouveaux clients
  • Support aux partenaires de service de notre réseau de concessionnaires
  • Garantie d-un haut niveau de satisfaction client

Profil requis:

  • Formation achevée en tant que gestionnaire du commerce de détail CFC ou de logisticien CFC, une formation continue en gestion d-entreprise est un avantage.
  • Expérience dans la vente de pièces de rechange, la connaissance des bus est un atout.
  • Très bonne connaissance du français et de l-allemand.
  • Expérience dans la gestion d-une équipe
  • Bonne compréhension des outils informatiques
  • Résistance élevée et aptitude à travailler de manière autonome
  • Personnalité ouverte et orientée vers le travail d-équipe
  • Permis de conduire de cat. B
