Nous recherchons pour l’un de nos clients du canton de Vaud un chef d’équipe étanchéité expérimenté afin de rejoindre une entreprise reconnue pour son expertise et la qualité de ses réalisations en Suisse romande. Vous évoluerez sur des chantiers variés et stimulants, au sein d’une équipe engagée et dynamique.

À propos de l’entreprise :

Notre client est une entreprise spécialisée dans les travaux d’étanchéité, active sur des projets résidentiels, tertiaires et industriels. Reconnue pour son sérieux et son savoir-faire, elle valorise les profils capables de prendre des responsabilités et de fédérer une équipe sur le terrain.

Vos responsabilités principales :

  • Diriger et organiser les travaux d’étanchéité sur les chantiers assignés (toitures plates, terrasses, fondations, bardages)
  • Encadrer, animer et motiver une équipe de poseurs au quotidien
  • Assurer la lecture des plans d’exécution et veiller au respect des prescriptions techniques
  • Contrôler la qualité des travaux réalisés, le respect des délais et des consignes de sécurité
  • Assurer la coordination avec les autres corps de métier et le maître d’œuvre
  • Gérer les approvisionnements en matériaux ainsi que le matériel sur le chantier
  • Participer activement aux réunions de chantier et effectuer les retours nécessaires à la hiérarchie

Votre profil :

  • Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience confirmée dans la conduite de chantier dans le secteur de la construction
  • Une expérience dans le domaine de l’étanchéité constitue un réel atout
  • Vous maîtrisez les techniques bitumineuses, synthétiques et liquides
  • Vous disposez d’un leadership naturel et d’un excellent sens des responsabilités
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, autonome et capable de gérer efficacement les priorités sur le terrain
  • Vous possédez de bonnes aptitudes relationnelles afin d’interagir avec les différents intervenants du chantier
  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis de conduire catégorie B et acceptez les déplacements réguliers dans le canton de Vaud
