En tant que chef d'équipe traitement des dossiers société, vous dirigez une équipe motivée et gérez des tâches variées à l'interface entre société, politique et administration. Nous recherchons pour le 1er mars 2027 ou selon accord un/une

Vos tâches

  • Vous dirigez l'équipe traitement des dossiers composée de quatre collaboratrices et d'un poste d'apprenti en administration commerciale, tant sur le plan professionnel que personnel.
  • Vous assurez avec votre équipe l'exécution conforme au droit et orientée client du financement résiduel des soins ainsi que de diverses ordonnances sur les contributions.
  • Vous êtes responsable de la mise en œuvre des mandats politiques dans les domaines de la prévention, de la promotion de la santé et du bénévolat.
  • Vous travaillez opérationnellement, soutenez avec votre équipe les autres équipes du secteur et garantissez le bon déroulement du secrétariat du secteur.
  • Vous développez les processus et les procédures et favorisez une culture de travail apprenante, orientée solutions et agile.
  • Vous entretenez la collaboration avec d'autres secteurs administratifs, institutions et groupes d'intérêt.

Votre profil

  • Formation commerciale achevée (CFC) ou formation équivalente, de préférence complétée par une formation continue dans le domaine de l'administration publique, du management ou du droit
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans l'administration publique ainsi que dans une fonction de direction
  • Bonne connaissance des bases de droit public, expérience dans la gestion des procédures administratives et l'exécution des dispositions légales, plaisir à traiter des questions complexes ainsi que capacité à appliquer les prescriptions légales de manière compréhensible et pratique
  • Intérêt pour les formes de travail modernes ainsi que plaisir à participer activement au développement des processus, des services et de la collaboration
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, grande compétence sociale et style de leadership appréciatif
  • Très bonne expression écrite et orale en allemand, la connaissance d'autres langues est un avantage
