--- base: meta-keywords: meta-viewport: width=device-width, title: Chef de chantier 100% --- Chef de chantier 100% ===================== \* Lieu de travail : Neuchâtel, Suisse \* Taux d'occupation : 100% \* Type de contrat : CDI \* Entrée en fonction : À convenir Missions principales : \* Préparer, organiser et superviser les chantiers électriques (courant fort et/ou courant faible) dans le respect des plans d'exécution et des cahiers des charges. \* Encadrer et motiver les équipes d'électriciens sur le terrain, y compris les apprentis. \* Assurer la coordination technique et administrative entre les différents intervenants (maître d'ouvrage, bureaux d'études, autres corps de métier, fournisseurs). \* Gérer les approvisionnements en matériel électrique et veiller à leur bonne utilisation. \* Garantir la qualité des installations, dans le respect des normes suisses (NIBT) et des règles de sécurité en vigueur. \* Contrôler l'avancement des travaux, et assurer le reporting au conducteur de travaux ou au chef de projet. \* Participer aux essais, mises en service et levées de réserves. \* Tenir à jour les documents de chantier (métrés, plans, rapports, feuilles de temps, PV de réception). Profil recherché : \* Formation dans le domaine de l'électricité (CFC d'installateur\\-électricien est un atout). \* Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de chantiers électriques, en Suisse. \* Bonnes connaissances des normes NIBT et des procédures de sécurité. \* Aptitudes organisationnelles et sens de l'anticipation. \* Leadership naturel et esprit d'équipe.
