The posting

Pour l’un de nos clients, acteur reconnu dans le domaine de la construction, nous recherchons un(e) Chef de chantier bilingue français / allemand afin de renforcer ses équipes.

Vos responsabilités - Organiser, coordonner et superviser les travaux sur les chantiers - Assurer la bonne exécution des travaux dans le respect des plans, des délais, de la qualité et des coûts - Encadrer et coordonner les équipes de chantier - Répartir les tâches et assurer le suivi quotidien des collaborateurs - Coordonner les différents intervenants : sous-traitants, fournisseurs, ingénieurs, architectes et clients - Planifier les interventions et assurer le suivi de l’avancement des travaux - Lire et interpréter les plans et documents techniques - Participer aux séances de chantier et assurer la communication avec les différents partenaires - Contrôler la qualité des travaux réalisés et veiller au respect des normes et prescriptions en vigueur - Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité sur les chantiers - Identifier les éventuels problèmes techniques ou organisationnels et proposer des solutions - Assurer le suivi des commandes et des livraisons nécessaires au bon déroulement des travaux - Effectuer les rapports de chantier et assurer le suivi administratif lié aux travaux - Communiquer avec les différents interlocuteurs en français et en allemand

Votre profil - Formation professionnelle dans le domaine de la construction ou formation jugée équivalente - Expérience confirmée en tant que Chef de chantier en Suisse - Solides connaissances techniques et bonne compréhension des processus de construction - Expérience dans la conduite et la coordination d’équipes - Bonne capacité à lire et comprendre des plans techniques - Très bonne maîtrise du français et allemand niveau B2 minimum - Capacité à communiquer efficacement en allemand avec les clients, fournisseurs, collaborateurs et partenaires - Aisance dans les contacts avec les différents intervenants - Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et capacité à gérer les priorités - Leadership naturel et bonnes capacités de communication - Esprit pratique, rigueur et orientation solutions - Permis de conduire indispensable
