Pour le compte de l-un de nos clients bien implanté dans le canton de Neuchâtel, nous recherchons activement un Chef de chantier motivé(e) et expérimenté(e).

Stellenbeschreibung ##

En tant que Chef de chantier, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Superviser et coordonner les équipes sur les chantiers
  • Assurer la bonne exécution des travaux selon les plans et les délais
  • Gérer les ressources humaines et matérielles sur site
  • Garantir la sécurité, la qualité et la conformité des ouvrages
  • Être l-interlocuteur principal entre les différents intervenants (clients, architectes, sous-traitants, bureaux techniques)
  • Participer activement à la planification et au suivi des projets, aussi bien en construction neuve qu-en rénovation

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la réussite des projets et serez le garant de leur bon déroulement sur le terrain

Wir erwarten ##

  • Formation dans le domaine de la construction (CFC + formation complémentaire ou plusieurs années d-expérience en tant que chef de chantier)
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de chantiers et d-équipes
  • Leadership, sens des responsabilités et aptitude à la prise de décision
  • Bonne maîtrise des plans techniques et des outils de suivi de chantier
  • Permis de conduire valable
  • Atouts supplémentaires : formation sécurité, permis nacelle, maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de chantier
