Stellenbeschreibung ##

En tant que chef d'équipe vous serez amené à accomplir les tâches suivantes :

* Gestion des équipes de travail :

Diriger une équipe de 4 à 6 ouvriers sur le chantier, en les guidant et en les motivant pour atteindre les objectifs fixés. Assurer la bonne communication au sein de l'équipe et favoriser un environnement de travail positif et collaboratif.

* Coordination des activités :

Établir les commandes de matériaux nécessaires à la réalisation des travaux, en veillant à leur disponibilité et à leur qualité. Tracer et vérifier la bonne réalisation des travaux, en s'assurant du respect des plans et des normes de qualité.

* Rapports et documentation :

Effectuer les rapports de chantier de manière précise et régulière, en documentant les avancements, les incidents éventuels et les besoins en ressources. Gérer les bons de travail, en assurant leur conformité et leur transmission aux supérieurs.
