Nous sommes une entreprise familiale innovante à la 4e et 5e génération, solidement ancrée dans le Freiamt. Nos services couvrent les domaines du gravier et du béton, des travaux de terrassement, des travaux spéciaux de fondation, de la démolition ainsi que du transport et de l'élimination. Pour renforcer notre équipe de chefs de chantier, nous recherchons un(e) chef de chantier engagé(e) (h/f).

Ce que vous ferez chez nous :

  • Planification et exécution autonome de vos projets de construction
  • Direction technique de vos chantiers
  • Préparation professionnelle de l'AVO pour une organisation optimale des processus de construction
  • Responsabilité du respect des coûts, des délais et de la qualité de vos projets
  • Établissement des métrés, contrôle des coûts et facturation de vos chantiers
  • Élaboration d'offres et de propositions complémentaires
  • Négociations avec les fournisseurs, maîtres d'ouvrage et architectes
  • Responsabilité du respect des consignes de sécurité sur vos chantiers

Vous correspondez à notre profil si vous-

  • possédez une formation achevée, de préférence en tant que chef de chantier diplômé ou équivalent
  • avez déjà acquis plusieurs années d'expérience et un solide savoir-faire dans les domaines de la démolition, des travaux de terrassement et des travaux de fondation
  • comptez la pensée et l'action orientées solutions parmi vos forces
  • adoptez une approche analytique et structurée
  • êtes une personnalité déterminée, orientée qualité et fiable
  • appréciez de travailler dans un climat d'entreprise collégial et familial
  • profitez de temps en temps du "Fyrabig-Grillplausch" avec vos collègues de travail
