Vos tâches ##

  • Gestion globale des projets jusqu-à la remise clé en main
  • Direction des projets de construction, gestion de chantier et coordination des chantiers ainsi que la direction des planificateurs et entrepreneurs impliqués dans la construction
  • Appels d-offres, attribution et contrôle des prestations des sous-traitants, y compris le contrôle des coûts, des délais et de la qualité ainsi que la facturation et le recalcul
  • Négociation et attribution des prestations partielles
  • Assurer le respect des prescriptions légales, des normes et des conditions d-autorisation

Votre profil ##

  • Formation achevée en tant que chef de chantier diplômé HF, architecte FH, dessinateur en bâtiment ou qualification comparable
  • Expérience en gestion de chantier et professionnelle dans la réalisation de grands projets de construction
  • Esprit entrepreneurial prononcé et capacité à agir de manière autonome
  • Professionnalisme, assertivité et attitude respectueuse envers les collègues, partenaires et clients
