The posting

En tant que chef(fe) de chantier, vous êtes responsable des projets jusqu’à leur achèvement technique et financier. Vous reprenez les projets des coordinateurs de projet et vérifiez les données fournies. En concertation avec les clients, vous définissez les détails et mettez en œuvre les actions nécessaires. Pendant la phase de réalisation, vous encadrez techniquement les collaborateurs sur les chantiers. Vous contrôlez l’ensemble des prestations nécessaires : montage de la technique système, montage de liaisons radio, mise en service, mesures, tests de fonctionnement, etc. Vous êtes également responsable des surveys, walk-tests et kick-offs. Vous veillez au respect de toutes les prescriptions en matière de sécurité au travail et de prévention des accidents et assurez, grâce à un contrôle qualité continu, un niveau élevé de qualité d’exécution. À la fin du projet, vous établissez la documentation correspondante, y compris les résultats des contrôles et des mesures, puis clôturez le projet avec le client lors de la réception. Lieu d’intervention : Penthalaz, dans le canton de Vaud, avec des déplacements à l’extérieur du canton de Vaud

Vous disposez de : ● Une formation professionnelle initiale achevée dans un métier électrotechnique. ● Une bonne compréhension et une expérience dans le domaine de la téléphonie mobile ainsi que dans la mise en service d’installations de téléphonie mobile (Huawei, Ericsson, etc.). ● Une méthode de travail structurée, autonome et orientée vers les solutions, de l’assurance, une forte conscience de la qualité et une grande flexibilité (des déplacements suprarégionaux sont possibles). ● Un sens aigu du service client ainsi qu’un excellent esprit d’équipe. ● De l’autonomie, avec une bonne vision d’ensemble. ● Un permis de conduire de catégorie B. ● De bonnes connaissances en informatique. ● La disponibilité pour gérer des projets pour différents clients (Swisscom, Salt, Huawei, Sunrise). ● De bonnes connaissances en allemand et en anglais; d’autres langues constituent un avantage.
