Chef de cuisine Description de l'entreprise Pour le compte d'un acteur reconnu de la restauration de collectivité dans le canton de Neuchatel, nous recrutons un Chef de cuisine pour un établissement dynamique proposant une offre très large. Description du poste Ce poste de Chef de cuisine s'adresse à un professionnel capable de garantir qualité, organisation et rigueur au quotidien. Il sera un acteur clé dans la coordination de l'équipe et la production. L'établissement valorise le travail en équipe, la collaboration et l'excellence culinaire. Il encadre une équipe d'environ dix collaborateurs en cuisine avec un volume de 200 à 300 menus par jour. Ces repas sont servis sur place ou transportés vers d'autres sites. Le Chef de cuisine planifie et met en œuvre l'ensemble de la production, il supervise la production de sandwichs, buffets de salades et prestations catering. Référent hygiène, qualité et maintenance, il gère également commandes et inventaires. Les horaires sont du lundi au vendredi de 6h00 à 15h avec quelques interventions exceptionnelles en soirée. Profil recherché Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) disposant d'une expérience confirmée en collectivité ET en hôtellerie haut de gamme, avec un management reconnu et structuré. Le chef de cuisine proposera les menus à produire, gèrera l'équipe au quotidien et reportera au responsable de restaurant. Une vision globale de l'activité, sens de l'organisation et esprit collectif sont essentiels. L'autonomie et la fiabilité sont des qualités indispensables pour ce poste.
