Avec environ 230 places à l'intérieur et 270 en terrasse, il fait partie des restaurants les plus prisés de la ville. Plus de 100 collaborateurs contribuent chaque jour au succès de l'établissement. CHEF DE CUISINE OPÉRATIONNEL (h/f) #

Le chef de cuisine opérationnel est responsable du bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes en cuisine. Cela inclut la garantie de la qualité, la gestion de l'équipe de cuisine et la mise en œuvre d'une production et d'un service efficaces. Dans cette fonction, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le directeur de cuisine et gérez de manière autonome le secteur opérationnel de la cuisine.

Ce qui vous distingue ##

  • Plusieurs années d'expérience dans une fonction de direction comparable en cuisine ainsi que des formations appropriées.
  • Une passion prononcée pour des produits de qualité et une prestation culinaire de premier ordre.
  • Une expérience dans la gestion et le développement d'une équipe de 13 à 17 collaborateurs.
  • Une expérience dans la formation d'apprentis.
  • Une grande compétence en organisation, gestion des processus et planification opérationnelle.
  • Une bonne compréhension de la rentabilité, du contrôle des coûts et de la gestion des marchandises.
  • Résistance au stress, capacité de décision et plaisir à travailler dans un environnement vivant et dynamique.
  • La capacité de gérer de manière autonome les opérations quotidiennes et de représenter pleinement le directeur de cuisine en son absence.
