Chef de la Division Brevets (h/f) 100 % \- Membre de la Direction Les brevets, clés de l'innovation et du progrès L'Institut Fédéral de la Propriété Intellectuelle IPI () est le centre de compétences de la Confédération pour les brevets, les marques, les indications de provenance, les designs et le droit d'auteur. La Division Brevets réunit quelque 80 spécialistes hautement qualifiés et poursuit son développement de ère ciblée dans la perspective de la réforme du droit des brevets, de la numérisation et de l'intelligence artificielle. Pour cette fonction clé, AG recherche une personnalité convaincante en qualité de Chef de la Division Brevets (h/f) 100 % \- Membre de la Direction Dans cette fonction, vous assumez la responsabilité globale de la conduite de la Division Brevets sur les plans stratégique, technique, financier, organisationnel et du personnel. Vous donnez des orientations, fixez des priorités claires et créez les conditions\-cadres permettant aux expertes et experts d'agir de ère autonome. Avec la Direction, vous contribuez au développement de l'ensemble de l'IPI et assumez la responsabilité des décisions communes. Vous garantissez des prestations orientées client et économiquement efficientes, encouragez la collaboration interdivisionnelle et faites évoluer de ère ciblée les processus et les compétences dans la perspective de la numérisation et de l'IA. Vous représentez l'IPI avec crédibilité et habileté institutionnelle auprès des milieux politiques, économiques et scientifiques ainsi que des organisations partenaires nationales et internationales. Une personnalité dirigeante dotée d'une vision à long terme Vous disposez d'une solide expérience du management et de la conduite dans une organisation complexe composée d'experts ou fondée sur le savoir. Vous savez diriger en donnant une orientation claire, en instaurant la confiance et en formulant des attentes précises. Vous gérez avec assurance des structures de gouvernance complexes et les intérêts divergents de parties prenantes; au sein de l'organe de direction, vous agissez dans un esprit de consensus et d'équipe. Un diplôme d'une haute école constitue votre base académique; d'excellentes connaissances en gestion d'entreprise ainsi qu'une compréhension approfondie des enjeux financiers, organisationnels et stratégiques sont indispensables. Une formation scientifique ou technique, une expérience dans un environnement réglementé ou axé sur l'innovation et des connaissances en propriété intellectuelle constituent des atouts. Votre capacité à penser de ère stratégique et entrepreneuriale, votre empathie, votre sensibilité politique et votre aptitude à conduire le changement sont déterminantes. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'allemand et possédez de solides connaissances en français; une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais est un avantage. Avons\-nous éveillé votre intérêt?
