En plus des remontées mécaniques, la société Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG exploite sous la marque Mountain Hotels and Resorts plus de 20 hébergements allant de la simple maison de groupe à l'hôtel quatre étoiles supérieur haut de gamme.

Pour soutenir l'équipe de l'hôtel Mountain Plaza, nous recherchons pour la saison d'hiver 2026/27 une personne en tant que :

L'hôtel

L'hôtel Mountain Plaza est situé en plein centre de Davos Platz, à quelques minutes à pied du Jakobshorn ou du domaine de Bolgen. Depuis le 24 novembre 2023, le resort est exploité par Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG. L'hôtel dispose de 210 chambres différentes, d'un restaurant et d'un Stübli, d'un bar à vin et d'un grand espace bien-être.

Vos tâches

  • Préparer quotidiennement le mise en place
  • Préparer quotidiennement les plats froids et chauds
  • Gérer le poste attribué en cuisine chaude et froide
  • Aider lors des banquets et événements spéciaux
  • Effectuer les tâches quotidiennes de nettoyage et de rangement
  • Travaux de nettoyage généraux

Votre profil

  • Formation : Expérience en tant que Chef de Partie souhaitée
  • Expérience professionnelle : Expérience dans la production et le service à la carte
  • Méthode de travail : Vous avez une bonne capacité d'apprentissage, aimez travailler de manière autonome, êtes fiable et flexible, et gardez une vue d'ensemble même dans les situations stressantes
  • Gestion de la qualité : Sens aigu de la qualité et manipulation soigneuse des aliments
  • Esprit d'équipe : Vous aimez travailler en équipe et êtes prêt à aider dans d'autres domaines
  • Langues : Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l'allemand à l'écrit et à l'oral ainsi que des connaissances orales en anglais
  • Disponibilité : Vous êtes flexible et prêt à travailler également le week-end.
