Die CLOUDS Kitchen mit angesagter Open Kitchen und 90 Sitzplätzen verwöhnt Sie mit Klassikern und wöchentlich wechselnden Menu\-Kreationen. Das Bistro ist ein Ort der Begegnung – unbeschwert und lebhaft. Hier finden Sie zu fast jeder Tageszeit abwechslungsreiche Gerichte, die saisonal variieren. Die CLOUDS Bar ist ein Ort der Entspannung: Warmes Innendesign, eine spektakuläre Sicht auf den Sonnenuntergang über dem Üetliberg, die langsam erstrahlenden Lichter in und über der Stadt sowie saisonale Cocktails, untermalt von angenehmer Hintergrundmusik lassen Sie alles andere vergessen.

Be a \- Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten auf eigenem Posten
  • Mise en Place Arbeiten für den à\-la\-carte Service
  • Gewährleistung eines stets sauberen und organisierten Arbeitsplatzes
  • Einhaltung der Vorschriften hinsichtlich Hygiene, Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit

Be a \- Ihr Profil:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch EFZ
  • Kreatives Flair für eine moderne und gesunde Küche
  • erste Berufserfahrung als Chef de Partie
  • Sie sind ein Teamplayer und arbeiten gerne im Team
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Freude an der gehobenen Gastronomie
  • Sie sind flexibel und zuverlässig und bewahren auch in hektischen Situationen einen kühlen
